One accountable production team

One live moment. Many moving parts.

A corporate webcast has to support presenters, cameras, audio, graphics, playback, remote contributors, venue and IT requirements, the streaming destination, and the audience at the same time. Laser Stream Media turns those moving parts into one scoped production plan, then runs the technical execution from rehearsal through delivery.

Your team stays focused on the message and the audience. We stay focused on producing the program your team approved.

Your team leads the communication. Your team defines the objectives, messaging, scripts, presenters, audience, approvals, brand standards, access decisions, and distribution requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Corporate Webcasting FAQs

What is the difference between a webcast and a live stream?

The terms often overlap. “Webcast” usually describes a structured one-to-many online program such as a town hall, leadership broadcast, conference session, or product launch. “Live stream” describes the real-time delivery. The right plan depends on the audience, access requirements, platform, presenters, locations, and level of interaction.

Can you stream to our private company platform or intranet?

Yes, when the platform access, security, integration, and technical requirements can be confirmed during planning. Laser Stream Media can coordinate with your IT team, platform provider, venue, and other vendors as part of the approved scope.

Can remote presenters join the webcast?

Yes. Remote presenters can be incorporated when the production plan includes the required platform, communications, technical checks, rehearsal, and backup procedures.

Can you produce the event outside Atlanta?

Yes. Laser Stream Media produces from its Atlanta-area studio and supports on-location projects nationwide when the scope, schedule, venue, and travel requirements are practical.

Do you record the webcast for on-demand viewing?

Recording, archive delivery, captions, versions, highlights, and other post-event deliverables can be included in scope. The production brief should identify what the audience needs after the live program.

Do you write our communications strategy or scripts?

No. Your team owns the objectives, strategy, message, script, presenters, approvals, audience, brand standards, and distribution decisions. Laser Stream Media owns the production planning and execution included in the approved scope.

What budget is a good fit?

These services are best suited to expected production budgets of $5,000 or more, with a responsible client lead and a defined communication or production need. Final pricing depends on the presenters, locations, crew, equipment, schedule, platform workflow, rehearsals, travel, and deliverables.
